6 hours minimum
1 to 3 passengers: $75.00/hr
4 to 6 passengers: $85.00/hr
1 to 8 passengers: $109/hr
9 to 13 passengers: $119/hr
1 to 8 passengers: $145/hr
9 to 14 passengers: $175/hr
Driver with Transportation for up to 8 Hours or less
1 to 3 passengers: $495.00
4 to 6 passengers: $595.00
1 to 8 passengers: $675.00

9 to 14 passengers: $1,275.00
You can also hire one of our fully insured and professional drivers to drive you and your guests in your personal, or rented vehicle, "WE DRIVE OPTION": (1 to 4 passengers; $42.00/hr + Fees) ; (5 to 8 passengers; $49.00/hr + Fees) ; (9 to 14 passengers; $59.00/hr + Fees). Any Vehicle cannot exceed a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 26,000 pounds.

Booking Rates Additional Information:
Overtime is based on the original hourly rate assessed in quarters of an hour. All bookings will include a PUC/DMV/ADMIN Fee of 7.75% & a base Fuel Charge of $35.00. For pick up and/or drop off outside of a 35 miles radius from our location in Yountville, an additional fuel Surcharge for added distance, and bridge tolls where applicable, will be added. Gratuity is not included and can be paid to the driver directly.
Deposit/Refund Policy:
A deposit of $100.00 is charged at the time of reservation. The remainder of your balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the first day of service or your reservation may be cancelled. There is no refund within 72 hours of the first day of service. However, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation, a credit can be issued for use at a later date (rebooking based on availability ~ Non transferrable). There is no refund for using less than the 8 hours scheduled with the Full Day Package. There is a 3% processing fees added to your invoice for all credit card payments.
Liability Policy:
The client is responsible for his/her guests in every regard to the reservation agreement. Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to our vehicles or property caused by the client or party whether by accident, neglect or intent. EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE FOR ANY VOMIT/BODILY FLUIDS IS $500 MINIMUM PLUS LOSS OF REVENUES AND REPAIRS. Clients assume responsibility for any overtime fees and authorizes credit card charges to be made for these costs, or any others due and not collected at the end of the service. Tour Napa Sonoma Wines, LLC and its drivers assume no responsibility for any articles left in the vehicle at any time and reserve the right to refuse service. Driver may terminate the service without refund should he/she deems client or party unruly or violating the safe operation of the vehicle. Tour Napa Sonoma Wines, LLC assumes no responsibility for illegal acts of client or party during the service provided. Tour Napa Sonoma Wine, LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed an "Act of God". We reserve the right to substitute vehicles as situations require. Your acceptance of the services by making a reservation for the same services there in listed in the email confirmation of your reservation confirms your understanding and acceptance of our liability policy and the accuracy of your reservation.
